CANYONLANDS NATIONAL PARK, UTAH

Canyonlands, know as "Red Rock" country, is stark beauty. The Green River and the Colorado river meet here and continue south as the Colorado River on their way to Lake Powell and eventually to the Grand Canyon.

Moab, Utah, located on the Colorado River, is home base for a vist to Canyonlands and Arches National parks This is a paradise for backpackers, bikers, 4-wheel drive enthusiasts, climbers, rafters and photographers.

The first panoramic view is a composite of five images. These were taken with a wide angle lense rotated 90 degrees inorder to capture the vertical depth, which is 1000 feet to the first floor of the canyon. The trail starts far in the distance near the center, low in the canyon, and continues in and out of view to re-appear at the right side of the image. Look close, high up on the canyon wall on the left side, and the same trail is again seen.

I currently have this image displayed in our gallery using four separate 13" x 19" prints framed with thin black borders. It could also be displayed as one large panaramic print. To purchase these prints contact us to decide on the best possible format. Very large prints are available as special orders
